Beninese creators, in film, fashion and visual arts, struggle to turn their craft into a robust business model. Run with ADAC and backed by Wallonie-Bruxelles International, the B-Creative programme set out to give young people economic independence through cultural entrepreneurship, and to equip the country with a pool of specialised coaches.
