The « Femmes Debout » project builds on a preliminary study Ovation carried out on the challenges and opportunities facing women entrepreneurs in Burundi. The logical next step: an incubator exclusively for women, carried by local coaches trained in modern methods adapted to conditions on the ground.

  3. 03Training a pool of 7 local coaches — Lean Startup, financial management, leadership, soft skills
  4. 04Alternating online training through the Ovation Academy with hands-on modules in the field
  5. 05Support to entrepreneurs, co-facilitated with the newly trained coaches
