In Haut-Katanga and Lualaba, Enabel wanted a more inclusive, structured and lasting entrepreneurial ecosystem to emerge. Ovation started from an in-depth field diagnostic to design a multi-partner model connecting incubators, innovation hubs, public institutions and private partners.
