Ecosystem and sector analysis
Before setting up an entrepreneurship program, we propose to conduct a study to identify local opportunities and constraints. We rely on a maturity analysis of the local innovation ecosystem, as well as on a study to identify the most promising sectors in terms of entrepreneurship.
This study will enable us, together with local authorities and our clients, to design support programs that are best adapted to local needs and strengths.
Format: 1 to 4 weeks.
Master class for decision-makers
We propose to local authorities, institutions, and entrepreneurship actors, a master class dedicated to new innovation methods.
Using examples, we explore together the new ways of creating novelty, in various socio-economic contexts.
Drawing on our experience in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, we relate facts and inspire the audience. We deconstruct the myths of the "expensive" and the "slow" to adopt new paradigms.
Format: 2h to 4h.
Setting up an incubator
Together with our clients, we develop an incubator for the benefit of local entrepreneurs. These are intensive support programs for entrepreneurs in the upstream phase of their project, which means, before systematized sales.
We immerse entrepreneurs in their projects, in contact with their clients, and mobilize their analytical and creative capacities. Our tools are effective and simple to use, as hundreds of projects supported to date in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East can testify.
Ideal format: 1 intensive week followed by one month part-time.
Installation of accelerator
Together with our clients, we are continuing our work to support entrepreneurs with the implementation of an acceleration program designed to help startup projects grow. The first sales have already taken place, but it is a matter of organizing the company and developing it.
Creativity is giving way here to a form of process automation in order to develop turnover while reducing unit costs. Topics covered are partnerships, product, marketing and sales improvement, recruitment, possible fundraising,...
Ideal format: 2 intensive months.
Training for local coaches
The coaching of entrepreneurs relies primarily on the skills of coaches in entrepreneurship and innovation.
In 10 days, we train your coaches in effective methods of entrepreneurship. They will be able to carry out ideation events, select the best projects, and lead an incubation program from A to Z.
Format: 10 intensive days.
Financing
At the end of an acceleration program, some companies will be eligible for financing. This is where the hunt for investors begins.
We propose to complement local ecosystems with our network of international investors, thus enriching the investment offer.
We provide support to entrepreneurs in their search for funds and initial contacts with investors. To do so, we deploy our "due diligence" tool, with the entrepreneurs.
